Ready to become a snack scientist? Join The Science of Snacks for four days of mixing, experimenting, and tasting! We’re exploring the cool food secrets behind your favorite bites. You’ll learn the real reason popcorn goes POP!, how to make a beautiful fruit pizza, and what gives homemade bread its lift. Come hungry and bring your curious mind. This is one edible adventure you won’t want to miss!
